The Anders Åstrand Series mallets are an expansion to the Rattan Series vibraphone mallets. Designed for mallet specialist Anders Åstrand of the Global Percussion Network, they are available in 5 models for a spectrum of sound choices. The AA30 is the hard model. Like the other models, it features a hard rubber mushroom shaped cores to create a full rich tone and warm fundamental, and a multi-ply cord for strength and durability on a high quality, extra-durable rattan handle.
